However, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. We value our clients' commitments and offer the option to reschedule appointments free of charge, subject to availability. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find the nearest available slot that suits your schedule. Additionally, please be advised that all cancellations, regardless of the timing, will incur a 3% charge of the original total amount of the session. This charge is intended to cover processing fees and administrative costs associated with cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
